Its been great working with Jason with weight training,
exercise and mostly nutrition. How much I did not know what a lifestyle

After a highly frustrating, prolonged 3 1/2 month fitness plateau and the inability of three different personal trainers and a registered nutritionist to get me back on track to achieve the results I desired, I came across Jason’s website while researching solutions to my dilemma. I've had an opportunity to train with 5 different trainers across the country, in Washington D.C., New York, Denver and Los Angeles, and let me honestly tell you, it's only since I've worked with Jason that I've seen this tremendous progress. Kozma, I had a consultation with a plactic surgeon about getting
liposuction. The quote was rather high and I came to the conclusion
that if I had the surgery, I might become thinner, but I would still
feel the same blah attitude I had come to accept as normal. I decided
to sweat off the pounds and build muscle. Hey Jason, I met you last summer. I just wanted to say that the program worked out. I lost like 30 pounds. I weighed 189 when we started, and now I weigh 160. Looks good. Thanks! Gonzalo

congratulations to you on your win at the Mr. America! I have not spoken
to you since Heather Lake & her husband referred me.... I have stuck to
your plan and have lost a total of 22 pounds and working out at Gold's
here in Nashville. I am 5'7" (almost 5'8" and weight 139) and in a size
5-6 (down from a size 12 & 162 lbs). I have reached my goal!! My clothes

Go to Jason when you’re ready for results. He doesn’t have you doing a bunch of
exercises where you’re contorting your body into ridiculous positions. With
Jason it’s about science, logic, and hard work. He gives you a diet. He has you
doing a lot of the “basics” – bench press, pull-ups, squats (this is for guys –
his routine is different for women). The genius is in the execution. Jason knows
your limit, and he knows how to consistently push you 10-20% beyond it, week
after week. Jason isn’t about creating “fun” exercise routines. He thinks

Jason : My energy level was very good throughout the week. My workout recovery continues to improve dramatically every week. My cholesterol was 189 4 months ago. It is now 146. My blood pressure was 122/84 four month ago. It is now 112/64. My resting heart rate was 75 4 months ago. It is now 51. I'm getting closer to seeing my AB muscles. In 8 weeks of working with Jason I dropped 14lbs. My shorts size went from a size small to an extra small that needed to be hemmed in 2 inches. I was starting to train for my 5th
attempt on Mt. Rainier, and realized that, in order to succeed, I needed
to improve my training method; so I decided to get help.
Nothing worked. I tried Atkins, but that made me feel like I was doing chemo again – I slowed way down during aerobic workouts. I just didn’t have any energy. Then I discovered Jason Kozma’s web pages and decided to sign up for his online personal training. Right away he developed a personalized diet and workout routine for me. He increased the number of my aerobic workout sessions slightly and added several weight training sessions per week. I particularly liked his diet. I ate often and I ate foods that I liked and were good for me. I had lots of energy. My bike and swim times actually improved on the diet. Recently I celebrated my 52nd birthday and I am also about to celebrate the fifth anniversary of completing chemotherapy. My weight is within 2 pounds of my “pre-chemo” weight! I could tell you how many inches I’ve lost (2.5), or I
could tell you how many pounds of fat I melted off myself (16), but
there are more important things to discuss here.
More than releasing me from flab, this diet practically
released me from an addiction to food. I had bad eating habits as a
kid, as a teenager, and later, a college student. Though they did
improve a bit throughout the years they were never stellar, and I kept
wondering why all my effort in the gym didn’t yield the desired results.
One Jason Kozma later the answer was obvious. Once I got
on this program I realized how much I craved all those pieces of
pizza, all that ice cream and chips and soda and crap that I will only
enjoy IN MODERATION anymore.
I was surprised how much I lost and how quickly I lost
it, but more than that I was surprised at how much diet determines how
you look, and how far off the right kind of dieting I was doing. At
first I envied my fellow students because they were eating whatever they
wanted, but now (and this is the most awesome thing I’m coming away
with) I look at what they’re eating and I’m not even tempted.

Jason is a champion trainer! It is ALL
thanks to Jason Kozma, Mr America, that I was able to take on the
challenge of even entering the 2008 Venice Beach Figure Contest. He was
capable of helping me develop the necessary mental strength and physical
strength needed to enter and win a contest like this. I could never have
guessed I would ever have done something like this but with Jason as a
coach and manager, I was pushed to my right superior strength and won!!
I am very pleased with Jason as a trainer, and after all the trainers I
gone thru the years Jason is definitely the BEST trainer ever. I hope he
will train me to my grave.

Jason was great at helping me reach my goal
weight in record time. I'm 5'1 and I lost my goal of 9 pounds in 6 weeks,
with his very strict diet plan and exercise regimen. I worked out for years
and never got the results I wanted, mainly because I thought I could eat
whatever I wanted, since I worked out. Jason made me realize the importance
of what you put in your mouth and how it makes a huge difference in your
results. It takes a while to get used to eating this way, but I'm still
following the diet, even after I've met my goal. I feel better and have more
energy. Jason was always available to answer my questions and to help me
understand why I should follow this eating plan.
So I've been off your program for a while but it really got me going. I came
to you at 160 pounds at about 14% bf and now I'm 205 at 12%.
So far on my
progress: I've lost at least 10 pounds in the last two weeks working
with Brandon and following the diet plan to the best of my ability.
