Being physically active and in shape has
always been a part of my life. Building and maintaining a beautifully
shaped and well-toned body requires dedication to a regimen of
cardiovascular exercise and weight training; along with compliance to a
healthy diet. I began to find my workouts not only become boring and
mundane, but I found myself having to work harder in order to achieve
the same goals. It was becoming tougher to stay in shape and I wasn't
progressing in my training. For the first time, I decided to seek out a
personal trainer. Given I had always trained myself with good results my
criteria for a trainer was strict and the shoes looked like they were
going to be very difficult to fill! I was very surprised and pleased
when I found Jason.
Jason takes pride in every client he
personally trains. He's fully vested in your success and pushes even the
most avid and knowledgeable fitness buff to levels they thought were
unattainable. His many years of experience and vast knowledge enables
him to put together a personalized program. He balances the right amount
of weight training, cardio exercise, supplement use and diet;

Roxanne Jason delivers! I had always wanted to get in good
enough shape to show off, that was my goal. At the age of 53, with the
support and encouragement of Jason, I entered the master's division of
the Venice Body Building Classic, ...and won! Jason coached me for three
months in my diet, and exercise regimen and supervised my workouts two
days a week. He helped me get in phenomenal shape and gave me the

I tried another more "nationally
recognized" program to lose fat and gain muscle before enlisting your
help, and that program was a true waste of time compared to the
results I got from yours. You designed a program tailored
specifically to my needs, not a cookie cutter one many trainers
provide. Not everyone is the same, nor do they respond the same way,
and you understand this. You stayed intuned to how my body was
reacting to the program you designed and made adjustments when needed,
as you did on 4 separate occasions during the course of my 8 weeks of
training. The numbers really say it all as I lost 9 lbs., my waist
went from 35" to 32", and my BF went from 15% to 4.9%. Furthermore,
my interaction with you has given me the necessary knowledge that will
enable me to continue living a healthy lifestyle. I would
recommend you to anyone without hesitation, although you should
provide a disclaimer stating that anyone who follows your program will
have to buy new clothes because the current ones will no longer fit.

P.S. Since changing my program to add
more muscle mass, I have gained 11 lbs. in 6 weeks while keeping my BF
at 4.9% and I still have the 32" waist.
When I
came to Jason I had no clue where to begin. I knew I wanted to start
competing in Fitness Competitions but did not know how to get the
results I desired. At the beginning of my program I was at 23.1% body
fat. Most competitors compete between 10% and 15%. Not to mention I
only had 12 weeks to prepare. Now don't get me wrong I have always been
an active person and ate fairly well for a normal person, but we all
know that fitness competitors are far from "normal".
Jason
evaluated my goals and and sent me a very easy to follow diet and
exercise plan. He gave me a list of good, acceptable foods and let me
know what I needed to eat when. The best part was how easy it was to
follow. I didn't have to worry about counting calories or grams of
protein or anything like that. Every week I turned in my diary and
Jason let me know what I needed to change. It's a lot harder to cheat
on your diet when you know you're going to be caught.
Now that my
competition is done and over with I have a greater knowledge of my body,
training and nutrition. I have Jason to thank for that. Even now that
I consider myself seasoned I rely on Jason's plan as my base top get me
back on track during my off season.

recommend Jason to everyone I know who is serious about changing their
body and getting into the best shape of their life! I was a trainer
myself, but I wanted somebody to really push me and KNEW what they
were talking about, and when I met Jason I knew that I was with the
right one, there is nobody that knows it like him! It is not just
about working out 1hr every couple of days with him it is about diet
and serious commitment, I have to say he is the best at what he does,

So far on my progress: I've lost at least 10

Dear Jason, When my neighbor Paulette recommended you as her personal trainer, I was turned off by my previous experience with a trainer I had in the recent past. She had thin legs and had me do her own workout consisting of thigh building exercises which were only further thickening my legs. Your no - nonsense approach to improving my body was just what I needed. No more bulking exercises, but a unique workout designed to suit my body. My husband has been one of your strongest supporters, because he has seen the way you have sculpted my body for the better. Jason, you are an artist when it comes to sculpting bodies, both male and female. You customize the workout to the clients needs and manage to keep it fun and interesting. When I started training with Jason, he helped me to change my eating habits. I eat so much more healthy now and as a result have better muscle definition to show for it and I feel better. Pip, Teacher, Marathoner, Weightlifter Jason really customized the program to me. I had worked out with other people who just gave me the same blah-blah they give everyone else, and then stood there during the workout, bored, just counting reps. Jason worked with me to design a workout that would not only NOT aggravate old injuries (bad back, chronic knee and ankle problems, etc.), but in fact has helped reduce the symptoms of the past injuries (one of which was even caused by another, "Brand-X" trainer -- beware of all those guys out there who don't know what they're doing!). Jason maintains high energy and motivational talk during the workout, so when I exercise on my own I can picture what Jason would say to me, and that keeps me going. Jason also makes very sure that I know EXACTLY how the exercise is done properly, so I can do it right and get the maximum benefit from each rep. I've never had next-day achiness or soreness in training with Jason, even though the workouts are tough enough to make me sweat a TON each session! Jason gave me the exercises I need to make my body look the way I want it to look, and very quickly. I went from a size 11 to a size 5 in about 4 months, with a loss of 20 pounds of fat (including getting rid of some really ugly "saddlebags" on my thighs) and a gain of a lot of hot-looking muscle! Then, a year later, when I had had a little too much food fun in the form of holiday eating, Jason got me back to those size 5s in just over one month -- WOW! And, when the going gets rough, Jason makes me laugh, which keeps me committed to working out -- who knew that a killer exercise routine could not only get the job done, but also be FUN?! Jason changed the way I think
about my body and about fitness. I did not realize that I could get into
